Oldeways Period Joinery have been producing sliding sash windows for listed buildings for 12 years and Jason has worked on Listed Building projects for over 26 years together with the Oldeways team of craftsmen we have a vast knowledge of Listed buildings so we can advise you on what is acceptable and plan your windows for your local conservation officer’s approval. Using skills and methods, which have passed the test of time we can copy your original windows exactly matching moldings and sections, using fine glazing bars with traditional face putty glazing or beads. All of our sliding sash windows use traditional weights and pulleys and are fitted with high quality ironmongery.
We can improve your existing windows energy efficiency and security by fitting seals into meeting rails, staff and parting beads and fitting laminated or toughened glass and locking fitch fasteners.
